STORY

The Crackenback area in Jindabyne holds a special place in my heart as I grew up there with my brother, creating countless memories that have enriched our lives and expanded our worldview. This breathtaking destination has been our playground, where we've explored the pristine wilderness, enjoyed thrilling outdoor adventures, and immersed ourselves in the local culture.

In the winters, we would eagerly anticipate the arrival of the snow, as it transformed the Crackenback area into a magical winter wonderland. Living in the Crackenback area also exposed us to the rich cultural heritage of the region, as we learned about the indigenous Ngarigo people and their customs through cultural experiences. This deepened our appreciation for the land and its history, expanding our worldview and fostering a respect for the local culture.
