Blessington Returns & Refund Policy

Change of Mind & Sizing

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind or sizing issues.

  • All product dimensions, sizing guides, and specifications are clearly listed on the product pages. All watch bands are adjustable so if a band does not fit we can increase or decrease the size for you. 

  • As an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to review sizing, features, and images before making a purchase.

Faulty Items

  • If your watch arrives with a defect or fault that is not self-inflicted, you may request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving your item.

  • To initiate a return, email us at sales@blessington.co with your name, order number, and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with original packaging and protective stickers intact.

Depending on the situation, we may offer either a store credit or refund for the same amount.

Pre-Orders

  • All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Pre-orders help fund our production process, and we provide clear estimated delivery timelines at the time of ordering.

  • By placing a pre-order, you agree to the estimated timeline and associated wait.

  • We will send regular updates throughout production to keep you informed.

Sale Items

  • Orders placed with discounts of 30% or more are final and not eligible for return or refund.

  • This policy allows us to offer the best possible pricing during promotions.

Refund Processing

  • If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • All refunds are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). We are not responsible for currency conversion differences or fluctuations for international customers.

  • Refunds exclude any original shipping charges and payment processing fees.

Payment processing fees (non-refundable):

  • Crypto.com Pay – 1%

  • Shopify Payments – 2%

  • PayPal – 2%

  • Afterpay – 7%
