Returns Policy


If you wish to return an item, please contact us at within 14 days of purchase, stating your name, order number, and reason for return. The item must be unworn and in new condition, including undamaged packaging and stickers still in place.

Depending on the situation, we will issue either a store credit or refund for the same amount. Please note that we do not offer refunds for sizing issues or change of mind. As an online retailer, it is the customer's responsibility to check the sizing of watches and accessories and to review any other relevant parameters before making a purchase, as this may affect their decision to return the item.

All product specifications are listed on the product pages. As such, it is the consumer's responsibility to review the images and specifications to confirm that they want to purchase the product

At this stage, we do not offer returns or refunds for orders with discounts/sales of 30% and above, this allows us to give you the best possible prices. Thank you for understanding. 

We understand that refunds are an important part of the purchasing process. To ensure a smooth refund experience, we process all refunds promptly and make payments using the same method as the original order. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and received, depending on your bank and location. Please note that all refunds are processed in Australian Dollars, and we cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in currency exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund, for international orders
