Returns, Refunds, Pre-order, and Water Damage Policy

Quick Summary

We do not offer change of mind returns for a refund.

If you change your mind, we may offer an exchange to another model or store credit, subject to approval.

We do not accept returns for sizing.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Pre orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind. They may be swapped as outlined below.

Water damage is not covered when caused by improper use, including where the crown is not fully secured. Water damage is only covered if it is proven to be caused by a manufacturing fault with sealing or waterproofing.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer change of mind returns for a refund.

If you no longer want your watch, we may offer an exchange to another model or store credit at our discretion.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

You ordered the wrong model.

You no longer want the item.

You do not like the colour, size, or appearance in person.

You found it cheaper elsewhere.

You changed your mind after ordering.

Exchanges and Store Credit for Change of Mind

If you change your mind, we may offer an exchange to another model or store credit as a goodwill option.

Requirements

To be eligible:

You must contact us first and receive approval before sending anything back.

The watch must be unworn and in brand new condition.

All original packaging must be included.

All protective stickers and protective film must remain intact.

The request must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Costs

For approved exchanges or store credit returns:

You cover all shipping costs, including return shipping to us and shipping of any replacement item back to you.

If exchanging to a higher priced model, you must pay the difference.

If exchanging to a lower priced model, we will issue store credit for the difference.

Important Notes

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Store credit is issued at our discretion.

If the returned item shows any signs of wear, we may decline the request.

Sizing

We do not accept returns for sizing.

Most bracelets can be adjusted by removing links. We recommend having your watch resized by a local jeweller or watch repairer.

We do not offer a band adjustment service.

Faults, Damage on Arrival and Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Timeframes

For shipping damage or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

For manufacturing faults, please contact us within a reasonable time after noticing the issue.

What We Need From You

To assess the issue, please provide:

Your order number.

Clear photos and, where possible, a short video showing the issue.

If the issue is shipping related, please include photos of the packaging and shipping label.

What We Will Do

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, refund, or store credit, where appropriate.

If the issue amounts to a major failure, you may be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Return Condition Requirements for Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be:

Unworn.

In brand new condition.

Returned with all original packaging.

Returned with all protective stickers and film intact.

Packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

If the returned item does not meet these requirements, we may decline the return or reduce any store credit offered, where permitted.

Return Shipping Costs

For change of mind exchanges or approved store credit returns, the customer covers all shipping costs.

For confirmed faults, damage on arrival, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping where required and where the issue is confirmed.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

If a refund is approved under Australian Consumer Law:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Refunds are processed in AUD.

Any currency conversion fees or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Exclusions

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Payment processing fees charged by the payment provider are not refundable.

This includes:

Afterpay: 7%.

PayPal: 2%.

Shopify Payments: 2%.

Crypto.com Pay: 1%.

Sale Items and Discounted Orders

Orders purchased with a discount of 30% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit for change of mind.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law where a product is faulty.

Pre Orders

Placing a pre order secures your allocation in an upcoming production run.

Pre Order Rules

Pre orders cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Pre orders cannot be refunded for change of mind.

Pre orders may be swapped to another model as outlined below.

Dispatch timelines shown on product pages and at checkout are estimates only and may change due to production or shipping factors.

We will provide updates by email where possible.

Pre Order Swaps

Pre orders may be swapped to an in stock model or another pre order model.

If the new model is higher in price, you must pay the difference.

If the new model is lower in price, we will issue store credit for the difference.

You cover any shipping costs associated with the swap.

If We Cannot Fulfil Your Pre Order

If we are unable to supply your pre order, we will contact you and provide a full refund.

Water Resistance and Water Damage

Our watches are water resistant to the rating shown on the product page and in the specifications. However, water resistance is not a guarantee against water damage in all conditions and depends on proper use.

Water Damage Not Covered

Water damage is not covered where it is caused by improper use. The most common cause is the crown not being fully secured before the watch comes into contact with water.

Water damage may also occur if the watch is used outside its stated water resistance rating.

Water Damage Covered Only if Proven to Be a Manufacturing Fault

We will only cover water damage repairs where the issue is proven to be caused by a manufacturing fault with the watch’s sealing or waterproofing.

Inspection and Testing

If a water damage claim is lodged, the watch may need to be returned for inspection and waterproof testing before any outcome is confirmed.

If testing shows the watch passed waterproofing standards, or that the issue is consistent with improper use, any repair costs and shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

If testing confirms a manufacturing fault, we will provide an appropriate remedy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
