Blessington Warranty Policy

Clear simple information on what your warranty covers, how to make a claim and what is not included.

Warranty Coverage

Your Blessington watch is covered by a 24 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty protects against defects in parts and workmanship provided the watch is used under normal conditions.

If a defect is identified during the warranty period, Blessington will repair or replace the item at our discretion free of charge for parts and labor.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim please contact our customer service team first.

If the issue is reported within the first month of ownership, we will cover the return shipping.

If the issue occurs after the first month you will be responsible for packaging postage and return shipping costs.

Exclusions

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Battery replacements
Straps bands or bracelets
Crystal face or cosmetic wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use or handling
Damage caused by lack of reasonable care
Damage caused by unauthorized repair or tampering

Additional Notes

If the warranty is deemed void or not applicable repair or replacement may be offered at a cost. If your battery is depleted and needs replacement during service a battery fee may apply.

Implied warranties are limited to 24 months. Blessington & Co is not liable for incidental consequential or special damages.
