Depending on the collection you order and your location, your parcel may be dispatched from Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, or Hong Kong. Select legacy models may continue to ship from Australia, while newer collections are positioned within our international fulfilment centres to optimise delivery speed across global markets.
Regardless of where your watch is dispatched from, you will always receive a local delivery experience. Once your parcel reaches your country, it is delivered by a trusted domestic carrier such as Australia Post, USPS, Royal Mail, or a leading European postal partner. This ensures smooth final mile delivery with full tracking visibility.
In some cases, you may receive two tracking numbers. This is normal and simply reflects the transfer between international and domestic carrier networks.
All orders are dispatched within 1 to 5 business days, Monday to Friday, depending on demand.
Australia
Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days after dispatch. Metro areas often arrive sooner. Rural or remote zones may occasionally extend up to 10 business days.
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
United States and Europe
Estimated delivery is 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.
In rare cases involving remote or hard to reach areas, delivery may extend to 10 business days.

All duties, taxes, and import fees are fully covered by Blessington Watches. There are no hidden charges upon delivery. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you pay.
During high demand periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, Boxing Day, and Valentine’s Day, delivery times may extend slightly due to carrier congestion.

At Blessington Watches, every order is carefully prepared and packaged using protective materials designed to safeguard your timepiece throughout transit. We take great care to ensure your watch leaves our facility securely packed to minimise the risk of damage during shipment.
Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, it is handled by independent third party carriers. While we work exclusively with reputable global and local delivery partners, the transportation process itself is outside of our direct control.
In the unlikely event that your parcel or its packaging arrives visibly damaged, please contact our support team as soon as possible with clear photographs of the parcel and contents. We will review each case individually and do our best to assist in resolving the matter promptly and fairly.
Please ensure that all shipping details entered at checkout are accurate and complete. Blessington Watches cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at the time of purchase.
Once a parcel is marked as delivered by the local carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. We strongly recommend selecting a secure delivery address where someone can safely receive the parcel.
If you have concerns about delivery security, many postal services offer alternative options such as PO boxes, parcel lockers, secure collection points, or signature required services. For example, Australia Post offers parcel lockers and collection facilities, and similar secure delivery options are available through USPS, Royal Mail, and other international postal providers. We encourage customers to utilise these services where appropriate.
Delays caused by courier networks, customs authorities, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of Blessington Watches. However, we remain committed to supporting our customers and will gladly assist in liaising with carriers where possible.
