Are you in stores?

Unfortunately not, we currently operate online only. We are still working to find the right store/jeweler to stock our timepieces.

Do you make custom watches? 

We receive frequent requests for small amounts of custom watches, unfortunately we only take orders for 50+ at the moment.

Can you name a watch after….?

Your input matters! As a young brand, we're growing and eager. Though we're still expanding, we're committed to reaching you eventually. Thank you for your support as we work to bring our products to more places.

Where are your watches made? 

We want to be clear about the process of our production, we want to avoid adding to the disillusion that's common with the many emerging new age watch brands in the Oceania region and around the world.  

  • We use Swiss and Japanese movements that are made in their respective countries.
  • Designed and 100% Australian owned
  • Assembly takes place in Australia and Hong Kong, where we also adjust the watches, test and repair. We are still growing and hope to soon be able to become the largest 100% Australian made watch brand with the help of our customers. At this state we can only handle the final assembly here as we are still a very small team.
What methods of payments do you accept

We offer our customers a variety of payment options, including credit and debit cards, Afterpay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Feel free to choose the payment method that best suits your needs when making a purchase from us

How long is the warranty? 

Our warranty lasts 2 years.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to nearly all countries, we will always make contact with you if there's an issue.

How can I track my package? 

Once you make an order you will get an order confirmation email, once the order has been shipped you will get a shipping confirmation email, this email will contain your tracking number.

you can use this tracking number via the AUSPOST website to track your timepiece on its journey to you!
