Discounts/Offers Policy

Please note that our system only allows the use of one promotion code per order. If you apply a code for a discount/free shipping/special offer, you will not be eligible for another code on the same order. For example, using a discount code and then contacting support to request an additional promotion to be applied to your order will be considered an invalid request.

If you have seen a promotion and decided to purchase based on receiving a free item with your order, it is your responsibility to follow the instructions provided. This typically involves adding the free item to your order before completing your purchase. Failure to do so may result in the offer not being fulfilled.

Grace Period for Adding Items: If you did not add the free item to your order at the time of purchase, we allow a grace period to make the addition. This period extends only until your order has been shipped, please contact us using our Contact us section ASAP. After the item is shipped, we will no longer be able to add the free item to your order.

Post-Delivery Claims: If you receive your order and then contact us with a complaint that the advertised free item was not included, we reserve the right to refuse sending the item after the order has been shipped. It is important to validate the offer by carefully following the instructions provided at the time of purchase.

Shipping Costs and Logistics:As a small business, we cannot bear the additional shipping costs for products that were not properly added to the order at the time of purchase. Processing such requests places a significant strain on our logistics, and we appreciate your understanding in adhering to the offer instructions.


Additionally, abusing promotions—such as placing multiple separate orders in quick succession to take advantage of a free item offer—is not allowed. As a small business with high demand for our timepieces, these promotions can quickly escalate demand, putting pressure on our supply and logistics. This can lead to delays in fulfilling customer orders and disrupt the overall order process.


To help manage this, there is a 2-day cooldown period for orders made under special offers. Any orders placed within this period that attempt to circumvent this policy will be canceled and refunded at our own discretion.
