This warranty guarantees the parts and workmanship of your watch for 24 months from the purchase date, provided it is used normally. If any defects are detected during this period, the company will provide repair or replacement at its sole discretion. If original parts are unavailable, a substitute of equal value may be provided. To claim warranty, contact customer service and send the watch back at your expense. The warranty does not cover batteries, straps, bands, bracelets, or crystal face.

 While repair or replacement under this warranty is free of charge, you may still have to pay for packaging, mailing, return shipping, and handling costs when sending your watch to Blessington & Co. If the warranty does not apply or is voided, you may be charged for part or all of the replacement costs. Additionally, if the battery in your watch is depleted at the time of replacement, you may be charged for a new battery.

Damage caused by improper use, mishandling, lack of care, tampering, or repair by unauthorized personnel is not covered. Implied warranties are limited to 24 months and Blessington & Co is not liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages.
